Secluded Creekside Cabin + Hot Tub and Fire Pit

Welcome to your peaceful mountain retreat—a secluded, cozy creekside cabin tucked away in the Smokies, just 25 minutes from Gatlinburg! Thoughtfully updated and filled with warmth, this is the perfect spot to reconnect with nature. Step inside to an open layout featuring new appliances, a fully stocked kitchen, and comfy new bedding to make you feel right at home. Pour yourself a hot espresso and step out onto the wrap around porch to the sound of the creek or sit in the hot tub! Fernwood sits on just about an acre of private land with an awesome creek on the property. The spacious downstairs bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and a cozy daybed with trundle- perfect for families or extra guests. Upstairs, the open loft offers a queen bed and two twin beds, along with a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. With plenty of room to relax and unwind, this cabin is perfect for both quiet getaways and small group stays. Outside, unwind after a day of hiking in the Smokies or enjoying the sights and sounds of Gatlinburg with a relaxing soak in the hot tub, sip a latte from a high-end espresso machine, or gather around the fire pit for a nice chat. The wrap-around porch features a vintage patio set and a new porch swing, perfect for enjoying the peaceful creekside setting, while the back porch has rocking chairs and a hanging chair to enjoy mosquito-free. 

The Cosby entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park and the Foothills Parkway are just minutes away. If you're more inclined towards the arts, the crafters circle is just 15 minutes away. 

Be aware: Bears and other wild animals/insects live in the Smoky Mountains. Please keep the doors to the house and your cars locked at all times. While I have only seen them in the parks, they live in the woods all around the area. 

There is a seasonal gas fireplace available for use October-March. Accidents happen! Please let me know if you break any cups/dishes so I can replace them. I have tailored my space with many comforts to help you relax and enjoy your time in my little haven. I am excited to share my home with you! Extra blankets and pillows are provided in the dresser downstairs. Please feel free to explore the space. You have full access to the house except the locked owner's closet and the shed.
